+=Provides: wireguard-modules (= 1.0.0)

I noticed that when I try to install wireguard-tools, it wants to pull in a
different kernel package, linux-image-rt-arm64. This is a meta package with

Provides: wireguard-modules (=1.0.0).

It would be awesome if linux-image-asahi also had this Provides, as
linux-image-6.1.0-asahi does contain wireguard.ko.
